ladies only… what would be best for me to wear?
i play alot of sports like basketball, tennis and golf and im scared if i wear a pad it will fall out of my shorts. so should i switch to tampons or keep the pads… and is it possible that a pad will fall out???
im afraid of shifting and leaking because i have to wear white and someties wearing a pad it leaks leaving an embarrasing stain
switch to tampons! trust me, they are a life saver when it comes to sports!…
