Starter Set of Golf Clubs?
Can anyone compare/ contrast the Top Flite XL 5000 18pc Men’s set to the Acuity Men’s TurboPlus Combo MRH-2008? I don’t know much about golf, but I’m a sales rep and I have a golf outing in a month. I’d like to at least have a set of clubs to take with me!
The Top Flite set is a good starter set, the driver is 460cc which is the largest clubhead allowed and you also get the 2 hybrids that replace the 3 and 4 iron, plus a putter and bag. For the price, it is an excellent choice. The Acuity is a Dick Sporting Goods brand that comes with the same clubs, bag and putter for a little less money. In my opinion Top Flite is a better brand and the quality will be a bit better.
